Where is my package?

You will receive an email or text once your order has been shipped which will contain your USPS tracking number. Please keep in mind that when attempting to track your package it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates.

How long is shipping?

All packages are shipped through USPS. Shipping time frame takes 3-7 business days for customer to receive their packages. Please keep in mind, our normal processing time is UP TO 5 business days for each order. Your package will be shipped the following business day after processing time.

OUR SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY ( BY 2 PM CST)

 

Can I exchange an item for something different? or Can i get a refund?

Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want; return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the item you want.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The following guidelines are listed below for exemption:

  • If a product arrives damage for any reason, please use the email listed for customer service. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We’ll respond within that time frame to give you the consent to send the product back to us.
  • If you have an issue with your order please contact our customer service email kustomsbyshay@gmail.com with your Order # in subject line.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs!

  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

 

MY PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK TO YOU, CAN I GET A REFUND?

ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO THE BUSINESS UNDELIVERABLE (INCORRECT ADDRESS) WILL RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND (HALF OF THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE ITEM/ITEMS).

  • Do you ship worldwide?

Yes

I forget to use a discount code, what can i do?

Once your order has been placed we will not make changes to your total as we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
