  • Shipping Policy
  • Shipping time: 3-7 business days (estimated) via USPS Mail or UPS Ground; expedited shipping, via USPS Priority Express (1-2 business days) is also available at checkout and is the only shipping method with a guaranteed delivery date
  • All baby clothing is MADE TO ORDER. Please allow UP TO 5 business days to process your order. Your order will be shipped out the following business day after processing. (MONDAY THRU FRIDAY) Order tracking information will be sent to the designated email or phone number, the customer has provided. All packages are ship through United States Postal Service (USPS) and will take an estimate of 3-7 business days before customer receives their package. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

SHIPPING FEE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

If you refuse any shipments from Kustomsbyshay, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your order refund.

 

  • Wrong Address

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment in a timely manner, PLEASE make sure your address is fully entered in and correct. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDRESSES ENTERED INCORRECTLY. WE WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT

  • ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO THE BUSINESS UNDELIVERABLE (INCORRECT ADDRESS) WILL RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND (HALF OF THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE ITEM/ITEMS).
  • International Shipping

International packages are shipped through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICES (USPS). Packages shipped international will take an estimate of 7-21 business days. 

 

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost packages. If your tracking information states that your item was delivered and you did not receive your package, you MUST handle this issue with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800)- 275- 8777. We cannot contact your local post office or UPS to inquire about packages. We do not issue refunds for orders that state its been delivered. If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office. We don't hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered or listed as untraceable.

 

  • Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Customs Costs

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Kustomsbyshay.

In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

 

  • Charge-back/ Fraud

ALL CHARGE-BACKS WILL BE FOUGHT AGAINST WITH SUFFICE INFORMATION, INCLUDING YOUR SHIPPING LABEL, CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND ALL INFORMATION THAT NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED TO YOUR CREDITOR.
